Urban infill loft development in Denver’s Central Platte River Valley that is derived from its railroad and industrial context.  The building design includes elemental forms clad in brick and metal siding, tall ceilings, large windows, and curvilinear corridors.  Winner of 2005 Colorado AIA design Merit Award and 2005 Denver AIA People’s Choice Award.

60 units with a 67 stall parking garage.  Units range from 1,600 sf to 2,400 sf.
