Renovation of the historic Meier & Frank Department Store into a Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel.  A 7,000 sf atrium was designed inside the LEED Silver rated building with guestrooms overlooking the lobby seating and a featured restaurant.  Beneath the atrium floor, a 7,000 sf ballroom with an 18’ ceiling was created surrounded by meeting rooms, boardrooms, and a prefunction area.
